RFS retains, attracts, and develops top industry talent. We focus on sustainable growth and have had no workload-related staff reductions for 30+ years. Many of our senior staff have been with the firm for more than 20 years; the firm’s average years of service is more than 10 years, and our annual average turnover rate is under 5%, less than half the industry average. This stability adds value to our services, especially for our many repeat clients where RFS’s institutional knowledge resides with our individual team members.

Our diverse workforce supports different perspectives and enables teams of people to approach projects creatively and sometimes in non-traditional ways – it is a major part of what drives RFS’s innovation, leads to our most successful projects, and enables us to connect with very diverse clients and client working groups.

Community

RFS and its staff are engaged in the communities in which we work and live. For decades, RFS has supported numerous community-based youth enrichment programs with sponsorships at group/team and individual levels. Support has been for academic, arts, athletics, and community service organizations. We also support and encourage staff to pursue individual community service interests and passions, including through monetary donations and discretionary PTO toward serving disadvantaged demographic groups, and toward improving the built environment for underdeveloped geographic areas.
