Wendy Drake

Wendy has been with RFS since 2005, when she started as Office Manager, and later transitioned to Director of Business Services Administration. Wendy now serves as Director of Human Resources, where she is responsible for all aspects of human capital management and relations and provides support to the firm’s ongoing recruiting. She holds a BS/BA in HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA with a concentration in Engineering Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Outside of the office, Wendy enjoys traveling, the beach, martial arts, volunteering, and most importantly family.
