Theodore Lempka, PE

Ted joined RFS in 2002 after working as a Mechanical Engineer in the New York City area for 15 years.  From 2002 until 2013, Ted worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer on many of RFS’s most complex projects.  In 2013 Ted took on the role of Director of Mechanical Engineering, where he continues to provide high-level engineering and is responsible for mechanical department standards and QA/QC.  Ted’s project experience includes HVAC system design, as well as systems and life cycle cost analysis for educational, commercial, industrial, laboratory, and healthcare facilities, as well as central utility plants and utility distribution. Ted has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Outside of the office, Ted and his wife enjoy hiking around New Hampshire and seeking out new travel destinations.
