Stephen Foster, Jr., LEED Green Associate

Steve entered the A/E industry, joining RFS in 2023, Steve spent the previous 16 years at Plymouth State University where he worked in facilities management positions including Director of Physical Plant, Manager of MEP, and Lead Electrician.  Steve has an AS in Electrical Engineering Technology from New Hampshire Technical Institute and is a New Hampshire Licensed Master Electrician.  He is also NFPA 70E Trained (2018 Standard) and maintains a Building Operator Certification (BOC, Level 1).  Steve’s varied experience enables him to bring a practical approach to MEP commissioning, where he works with engineers and contractors to ensure MEP systems function efficiently and as designed. In his spare time, Steve enjoys working around his house and exploring the Lakes Region on his bicycle.
