Shannon Heckman

Shannon joined RFS in 2022. He brought his experience from Bath Iron Works, where he worked to solve complex design challenges for US naval destroyers. Shannon channels his passion for engineering into creating comfortable, sustainable, and efficient building environments. He thrives on the challenge of tailoring HVAC solutions to meet the unique needs of each project and client. Shannon fosters a spirit of communication and teamwork on all of his projects. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he was a captain of the volleyball team. Outside of the office, Shannon enjoys golf, volleyball, traveling, and the wide variety of culinary options in Portland, Maine.
