Richard Benjamin, PE, NICET I, II

Richard has been part of the RFS electrical team since 2006. Prior to joining RFS, Richard worked for 15 years as an Electrical Facilities Engineer at a large manufacturing company. Richard’s manufacturing experience combined with his extensive consulting experience for design of power distribution (including medium voltage, lighting, fire alarm, and standby generator systems) enable him to effectively lead RFS’s electrical project teams for small to large scale projects. Richard also takes great interest in mentoring young engineers.  Richard holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology and is NICET Certified (Levels 1 and 2).  He also holds Graduate Certificates in Facilities Management and Facilities Technology from Northeastern University. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, including his two grandchildren, as well as gardening, and going to the gym.
