Raymond Himmer, Jr.

Ray joined the RFS construction administration team in 2015. He acts as a liaison between RFS design teams and outside construction teams to ensure successful projects. Ray’s responsibilities include assisting with submittal and RFI reviews/responses, project site visits throughout construction phases, as well as maintaining direct communication with project architects, construction managers, and project subcontractors. Ray has a strong background in building automation systems and electrical systems installations. Away from his professional life, Ray enjoys time with family and friends, cooking, music, and hiking around the Lakes Region of New Hampshire.
