Rachel Janovsky, LEED GA

Rachel joined RFS’s lighting team in 2025. She received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland in 2022. As part of the lighting team, Rachel works on a range of design projects, applying her architectural training to help shape thoughtful and creative lighting solutions. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time in nature – especially in the woods, mountains, and lakes. In 2023, she completed 500 miles of the Appalachian Trail.
