Joanne joined RFS’s civil engineering department in 2017. She excels in stormwater design and land use permitting and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College. Outside of work, Joanne enjoys live music, boating, repairing things, yard work, yoga, and long walks with her dog, Arlo. She also likes to play her ukulele.
