Jerry Graybill, CCP, LEED AP

Jerry joined RFS as a Commissioning Agent in 2008, bringing extensive experience with MEP systems operation, building automation systems, and the building design and construction process. In 2017 Jerry assumed the role of Director of MEP Commissioning, which he held until mid-2024.  In preparation for retirement, Jerry has resumed the role of Senior Commissioning Agent, where he will continue to provide departmental support, will assist with firm QA/QC.  Prior to joining RFS in 2008, Jerry worked for 15 years at a national building automation system company, and prior to that served in the US Navy for 22 years.  Jerry finished his Navy career as an officer responsible for managing retrofit operations for nuclear submarines at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Jerry has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University. When he’s not at work, Jerry enjoys woodworking as well as outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, camping, skiing, and gardening.
