Ellee has worked in the High-Performance Buildings Group (HPBG) at RFS since 2021. After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Energy Engineering and Architecture, Ellee started her career as a mechanical design engineer before transitioning into more sustainability and energy analysis-focused work. Utilizing energy modeling tools and cost analysis programs to optimize a building’s energy performance, analyze life cycle costs, and help clients achieve their sustainability goals, her work within the HPBG has covered multiple building and campus types, with a heavy focus on higher education institutions and independent schools. Ellee is on the Board of Trustees for Youth Enrichment Services, a local non-profit organization, and rode in the Pan-Mass Challenge in 2024 to fundraise for Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, especially skiing, golfing, and hiking. Ellee and her husband live in Charlestown, MA with their dog, Guinness.
