The 150,000 Synergy East addition expanded IDEXX’s existing Synergy Center – a facility committed to collaboration, innovation, and wellness. The project achieved LEED Gold Certification.
RFS provided MEP/FP commissioning services including LEED Fundamental and Enhanced. RFS’s work included design reviews, development of commissioning plan and testing procedures, verification testing, functional performance testing, and commissioning close-out services.
