The Four Seasons Hotel Boston is an iconic and premier Boston hotel. Public space renovations included the arrival area, porte-cochere, and lobby. A new café was inserted into the lobby.
Other projects at the Four Seasons where RFS has provided engineering include renovation to the Royal Suite, accessibility upgrades to Sanctuary (the sixth-floor courtyard), evaluation of the existing kitchen exhaust, metering of the health club building systems, and structural evaluation of the pool roof. Essential to all of the projects has been minimizing impacts to hotel operations, and strategic integration with existing building systems.
