Groton Hill Music Center

Set in the hills of Groton, the Groton Hill Music Center was constructed with a mission to enable music education, and to perform and share music. The 126,000 sf building features a 1,000-seat concert hall, 300-seat recital hall, 35 multi-scale rehearsal and teaching spaces, jazz club, and support spaces.

RFS provided MEP/FP commissioning services, including design reviews, development of commissioning plan and testing procedures to align with an extended project construction timeline, verification testing, functional performance testing, and commissioning close-out services.
