Renovations to The Charles included a new fitness center as well as new guest room suites. The suites project replaced an original two-story natatorium area.
The guest room suites project required a creative structural infill solution for integration with the existing superstore and to minimize depth of new structural elements. MEP/FP systems were carefully coordinated with architectural layouts and new structure to enable generous ceiling heights within the limitation of the existing building.
