Exeter Hospital, part of the Beth Israel Lahey Health system, is a 100-bed, 700,000 sf community-based hospital and healthcare facility. Since 2007, RFS has worked continuously in the facility providing engineering services for over 100 projects and assignments. Projects have included renovations for clinical and support programs including Central Registration, Primary Care, Specialized Care, Oncology, Medical Imaging, Inpatient Surgery, Breast Health and Mammogram, Dermatology, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Cafeteria.
In addition to our project work, RFS was entrusted by Exeter Hospital to perform a facility-wide MEP/FP infrastructure assessment focused on deferred maintenance, master planning, and integration with a future planned major facility expansion and renovation project. RFS is currently working on several infrastructure upgrade projects as a follow-on to the assessment.
