225 Wyman is a 500,000 sf Class A office and lab building providing lease space and amenities for multiple life science tenants. Building amenities in this LEED Gold building include a café, health club, and conference center. In addition to the main building, the project included a 410,000 sf structured parking facility and a stand-alone central utility plant. The building is part of the FM Global real estate portfolio; the project was managed by Hobbs Brook Real Estate.   

MEP/FP systems are designed for flexibility to accommodate the undefined tenant requirements to support their science, and to accommodate varying tenant suite sizes over time. Sustainable design includes high efficiency chillers and boilers, air-side energy recovery, variable volume laboratory ventilation, induction/chilled beam supplemental air conditioning, and high-efficiency electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems. The project design references and adheres to FM Global design standards.
