Martin Sorensen

Martin joined RFS’s mechanical engineering department in 2026. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from UMass Amherst after transferring from the Florida Institute of Technology. Prior to joining RFS, Martin spent four years as a Project Field Engineer managing complex healthcare and federal construction projects throughout Maine. Outside of work, Martin enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and two cats, working on cars and motorcycles, and outdoor activities including skiing, sailing, and hiking in the White Mountains.
