Michael Callahan joined RFS in 2025, bringing over 25 years of experience in building automation systems. With a strong background in project management, engineering installation, programming, and commissioning, he specializes in delivering complex automation projects with confidence and accuracy. Based in our Laconia office, Michael works as a Mechanical Designer, applying his technical expertise to create efficient, innovative solutions. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him outdoors – fly fishing, kayaking, hiking, or mountain biking.
