Donna Zhao, PE, LEED BD+C

Donna joined RFS in 2025 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, bringing over 25 years of experience in MEP design. Her role includes leading design teams, coordinating with clients and project stakeholders, and mentoring junior staff. She holds a Bachelor of Science in HVAC from the University of ChongQing Architecture and Engineering in China and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Outside the office, Donna enjoys swimming, exploring a wide range of books, traveling both across the US and internationally, and watching videos from around the world.
