51 Elm Street

51 Elm Street is a 45,000 sf anchor development supporting revitalization of Laconia’s Lakeport neighborhood. The mixed-use property includes 20 residential units and five commercial units, along with structured parking.   

Structural design included provisions for supportive excavation along with a hillside retaining wall structure to separate the development from an abutting property. MEP designs included provisions for separate ownership of residential units, as well as infrastructure preparations to enable food service operations in select commercial units.
