Meredith Department of Public Works

Originally spread over several buildings on two separate sites, the Town of Meredith desired to improve their Department Public Works facilities. The project consolidated Public Works administrative functions with vehicle maintenance and storage services, improving operational function and efficiency. A 13,000 sf Operations Building now houses offices, wash, welding, and maintenance bays, along with kitchen, locker room, break room, and storage.

MEP/FP systems support the specialized program. Ventilation systems provide extraction of welding and vehicle maintenance processes, as well as, all operating on-demand to control energy usage. Electrical systems provide flexible power distribution for shops.
